FAQ's

-Our Instant Downloads are .mp4 files.  Most of our .mp4 files are hi-definition video files except for specifically noted videos that are available as standard definition video files.

-After purchasing an Instant Video Download, you will forwarded to a download page to download the purchased video file. A link to download the file will also be emailed to you.

-When downloading videos please wait until the video file has completely downloaded to your computer or device before attempting to watch the video.  Trying to watch the video file before it is downloaded will cause the download to stall or stop.

-DVDs will be mailed to you by US Mail (domestically) or Air Mail (internationally).  Order are typically shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed.  You will be sent a tracking number (inside USA only) when the order is shipped.
